TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
AI Miracle Factory LLC
Including SkillsTeacher.AI, SkillsTrainer.AI, and other services that link to these Terms

1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, educational resources, courses, Skills Libraries, Gateways, Teaching Studio tools, Skills Reports, custom artificial-intelligence assistants, digital content, AI-assisted features, and other products and services operated by AI Miracle Factory LLC that display or link to these Terms.
In these Terms:
"AI Miracle Factory," "Company," "we," "us," and "our" mean AI Miracle Factory LLC.
"SkillsTeacher.AI" and "SkillsTrainer.AI" refer to products, services, and brands operated by AI Miracle Factory LLC.
"Services" means the websites, products, tools, resources, courses, content, and services covered by these Terms.
"You" and "your" mean the person accessing or using the Services and, where applicable, the parent, guardian, educator, organization, or other person responsible for that use.
By accessing or using the Services, purchasing a product, or otherwise accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by them and by our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Services on behalf of a school, business, nonprofit organization, government entity, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that organization to the extent required for the use you undertake.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
A particular product, purchase, pilot, course, or service may have additional terms, licenses, order forms, statements of work, or agreements. If a separately signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separately signed agreement controls for the services it covers.
2. What the Services Provide
AI Miracle Factory LLC develops educational, instructional, skills-learning, professional-development, and related resources.
Depending on the particular Service, users may be able to:
Examine assignments, readings, work samples, documents, questions, goals, professional situations, or real-life challenges.
Identify skills that may be relevant to a task or situation.
Consider possible prerequisite or supporting skills.
Access explanations, teaching guides, tutoring dialogues, courses, audio, video, slides, infographics, examples, practice, and other learning resources.
Prepare annotations, background information, scaffolds, lessons, activities, assessments, or other instructional materials.
Consider ways to practice, apply, teach, or review a skill.
Use artificial intelligence to organize information, generate or adapt materials, suggest possibilities, or assist with other tasks.
The Services are educational and decision-support tools.
They are not substitutes for human judgment.
3. AI Assists; People Decide
Artificial intelligence may assist with analysis, organization, explanation, drafting, adaptation, or recommendation.
AI-generated and AI-assisted material can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, biased, inappropriate, or wrong.
You are responsible for reviewing important information before relying on it.
Teachers remain responsible for instructional decisions.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for decisions concerning their children.
Learners remain responsible for their own work, subject to appropriate adult guidance.
Tutors, coaches, and professionals remain responsible for decisions within their roles.
Organizations remain responsible for determining whether and how the Services may be used under their own policies, contracts, professional obligations, and applicable law.
The fact that a Service suggests something does not make that suggestion a binding determination.
4. A Skill Recommendation Is Not a Diagnosis
SkillsTeacher.AI may identify a skill because the available task, text, work sample, or situation appears to require that skill.
A relevant skill is not necessarily a weakness.
A work sample may provide evidence about a particular performance at a particular time. It does not necessarily establish what a person knows or can do generally.
Terms such as "possible gap," "likely prerequisite," "supporting skill," "skill need," or similar language should be treated as instructional hypotheses or possibilities to examine unless an appropriately validated process establishes otherwise.
A recommendation may be affected by factors the system does not know, including prior instruction, language, disability-related access, fatigue, motivation, misunderstanding of directions, unfamiliarity with the material, context, environmental factors, or a simple mistake.
Users should consider alternative explanations and additional evidence before drawing conclusions about another person.
5. Not Medical, Psychological, Legal, or Other Licensed Professional Advice
Unless expressly stated for a separately qualified service, the Services do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, clinical, or other licensed professional advice.
The Services do not diagnose a disability, medical condition, mental-health condition, developmental condition, learning disability, or other clinical or protected status.
The Services do not determine eligibility for special-education services.
The Services do not create, approve, or replace an Individualized Education Program (IEP), Section 504 plan, medical treatment plan, psychological assessment, or other professional determination.
The Services do not independently determine accommodations, modifications, educational placement, discipline, promotion, graduation, admissions, employment, insurance, credit, housing, health care, or other consequential decisions.
The Services may help people understand information, organize questions, consider instructional approaches, or prepare for conversations with qualified people.
The appropriate human professional or decision-maker remains responsible for the actual decision.
6. No Automated High-Stakes Decision-Making
The Services must not be used as the sole basis for a consequential decision concerning another person.
This includes decisions involving:
Grades or academic standing.
Promotion or graduation.
Admissions.
Student discipline.
Special-education eligibility.
IEP or Section 504 determinations.
Disability diagnosis.
Employment or termination.
Credit.
Insurance.
Housing.
Medical or mental-health treatment.
Legal rights.
Safety-critical determinations.
AI may help organize information for a qualified person to review. It should not replace the person legally or professionally responsible for the decision.
7. Learning, Productive Struggle, and Academic Integrity
Our Services are intended to support human capability rather than merely replace human thinking.
Completing a task is not necessarily the same as learning the skill required to perform that task independently.
When the purpose of an activity is learning, users should use AI assistance in a manner that preserves appropriate thinking, practice, retrieval, explanation, revision, judgment, and application.
You may not use the Services to:
Cheat or knowingly help another person cheat.
Circumvent applicable academic-integrity requirements.
Misrepresent AI-generated work as entirely human-created where disclosure is required.
Fabricate research, evidence, sources, credentials, qualifications, or results.
Impersonate another person.
Falsely demonstrate knowledge or competence for an examination, certification, admission, employment, or other consequential purpose.
Schools, universities, teachers, employers, professional organizations, and testing organizations may establish their own rules concerning artificial intelligence.
You are responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply to you.
8. Children and Minors
The account-based and AI-analysis portions of the Services are primarily designed for adults, including educators, parents, guardians, caregivers, tutors, professionals, and adult learners.
Some educational materials may be appropriate for use by children or teenagers with a parent, guardian, educator, caregiver, tutor, or other responsible adult.
AI Miracle Factory LLC does not currently provide a direct SkillsTeacher.AI account system for children.
We do not encourage children to provide personal information directly to us.
Where a child or teenager uses a third-party platform reached through our Services, that platform may have its own age requirements, account requirements, parental-consent requirements, and other rules.
Users must comply with those requirements.
Do not create or permit an account for a child on a third-party service in violation of that service's rules.
Parents, guardians, educators, and other responsible adults are responsible for determining whether a particular resource, activity, AI service, or third-party platform is appropriate for a minor and what supervision is required.
If we later introduce a service designed to collect information directly from children or maintain child accounts, we will establish appropriate notices, permissions, safeguards, and supplemental terms before offering that service.
9. No Monitoring or Supervisory Relationship
Use of the Services does not create a teacher-student, counselor-client, therapist-patient, fiduciary, custodial, supervisory, or similar relationship between AI Miracle Factory LLC and a learner.
AI Miracle Factory LLC does not continuously monitor individual learners, academic performance, course completion, emotional condition, behavior, safety, or use of outside AI platforms.
We deliberately avoid collecting certain learner information that is unnecessary to provide our Services.
That means we may not know when a learner:
Stops using a resource.
Does not complete a course.
Misunderstands information.
Is struggling academically.
Needs additional assistance.
Is experiencing emotional, medical, safety, or other difficulties.
Parents, guardians, educators, tutors, professionals, and other responsible people remain responsible for appropriate supervision, instruction, support, safety, and follow-up.
The Services are tools and resources.
They are not monitoring services, emergency services, crisis services, or substitutes for responsible human supervision.
10. Student Information and Education Records
The ordinary Services do not require complete student education records.
Do not send AI Miracle Factory LLC complete student files, cumulative records, report cards, disciplinary records, medical records, IEPs, Section 504 plans, government identifiers, student identification numbers, or other sensitive education records merely to use the ordinary Services.
For ordinary educational workflows, use the minimum information reasonably necessary.
When using student work or another educational sample, remove personally identifying information whenever reasonably possible.
Do not include unnecessary information such as:
A student's full name.
Home address.
Personal telephone number.
Personal email address.
Date of birth.
Student identification number.
Government identification number.
Detailed medical information.
Detailed disability records.
Other information that is not needed for the educational task.
If a de-identified example will accomplish the purpose, use the de-identified example.
The standard consumer Services are not intended to make AI Miracle Factory LLC a school's education-record custodian or designated school official.
Any arrangement requiring AI Miracle Factory LLC to receive identifiable education records or undertake institutional data responsibilities must be separately evaluated and, where appropriate, governed by a written agreement.
11. Sensitive Information
Do not submit sensitive information merely because a Service or third-party platform technically allows you to enter it.
Before sharing sensitive information, consider:
Whether the information is actually necessary.
Who will receive it.
Which company operates the system.
How the information may be used.
How long it may be retained.
Whether a less identifying version would work.
Whether an appropriate person has authorized the disclosure.
Users are responsible for protecting information they are legally or professionally required to keep confidential.
12. Third-Party Services and Accounts
Some Services direct users to or operate in connection with outside platforms.
These may include services provided by companies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Thinkific, Squarespace, Google, payment processors, email providers, media providers, or other technology companies.
These companies are separate from AI Miracle Factory LLC.
A third-party service may require its own account.
When you use a third-party service, that provider's terms, privacy policy, account requirements, age requirements, retention practices, security practices, and other rules may apply.
AI Miracle Factory LLC does not control every aspect of those services.
Third-party providers may change their:
Products.
Models.
Features.
Prices.
Availability.
Account requirements.
Privacy policies.
Model-training practices.
Retention practices.
Technical architecture.
Terms.
We do not guarantee the continued availability of any third-party service.
You are responsible for reviewing the terms and privacy practices of outside services before submitting information to them.
13. AI Providers and Conversations
Some SkillsTeacher.AI or SkillsTrainer.AI resources may be delivered through custom AI assistants or other third-party AI systems.
When information is submitted directly to an outside AI provider, that provider receives and processes the information according to its applicable product, account type, settings, policies, and terms.
AI Miracle Factory LLC does not maintain its own copy of every private conversation a user has with an outside AI provider.
AI Miracle Factory LLC does not claim ownership of a private conversation merely because we created the custom assistant, instructions, workflow, or link through which the user reached the provider.
Where an AI provider offers privacy or data-control settings, users should select the settings appropriate to their circumstances.
Do not assume that every provider, plan, account type, or model has the same privacy or training practices.
If an AI assistant connects to an external action, application, API, plug-in, connector, or other service, information necessary to complete the request may be transmitted to that outside service.
14. Thinkific and Course Platforms
Some learning resources may be provided through Thinkific or another third-party course platform.
The platform may require its own account and may process information necessary to provide that service.
Depending on the platform and configuration, administrative information may include items such as:
Account information.
Enrollment information.
Course access.
Sign-in activity.
Progress information.
Orders or transactions.
The fact that a platform technically records information does not mean AI Miracle Factory LLC considers that information a measure of intelligence or human worth.
We do not use course-completion information to determine intelligence, diagnose a disability, create behavioral advertising profiles, or establish permanent judgments about a learner's ability.
15. Website Analytics
We currently use Google Analytics and may use limited analytics provided by Squarespace or other website service providers.
Analytics help us answer ordinary business questions such as:
Whether people are finding our website.
Which public pages appear useful.
Where general website traffic comes from.
Whether visitors can find the resources they are seeking.
Whether marketing and communications are working.
Whether the website is functioning as intended.
Analytics providers may process technical information such as browser or device information, approximate geographic information, pages visited, referring sources, timestamps, cookies, interactions, or similar technical identifiers.
We do not use website analytics to:
Determine a person's intelligence.
Diagnose a disability.
Evaluate academic ability.
Create a permanent learner profile.
Infer educational weaknesses for behavioral advertising.
Build an advertising audience based on a person's disability, perceived intelligence, academic performance, or learning difficulties.
Our use of analytics is further described in our Privacy Policy.
Our general approach is to collect or retain information because we have an identified reason to use it, not merely because additional tracking is technically possible.
16. No Sale of Learner Information
AI Miracle Factory LLC does not sell student information, education records, learning difficulties, perceived skill gaps, disability information, or academic-performance information.
We do not use those categories of information to create behavioral advertising profiles.
We do not want personal learning information to become an advertising product.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes users to submit another person's information for unrelated advertising, surveillance, profiling, or data-broker purposes.
17. User Content
"User Content" means text, documents, assignments, work samples, images, prompts, questions, files, or other material that you choose to submit in connection with a Service.
You retain whatever ownership rights you lawfully have in your User Content.
AI Miracle Factory LLC does not claim ownership of your original material merely because you use it in connection with our Services.
Where User Content is submitted directly to a third-party service, that provider receives and processes the material under its own applicable terms and privacy practices.
AI Miracle Factory LLC does not acquire ownership of that material merely because we provided the instructions, resource, custom assistant, or link that led you to the third-party service.
If a future AI Miracle Factory LLC service permits User Content to be submitted directly to us, you grant us only the limited, nonexclusive permission reasonably necessary to:
Provide the service you requested.
Operate and secure the Service.
Troubleshoot technical problems.
Comply with applicable law.
Carry out the practices accurately described in our Privacy Policy.
We will not interpret that permission as authorization to sell your User Content, construct an advertising profile from it, create a permanent learner profile, or use student work to determine a person's intelligence.
You are responsible for having the rights or permissions necessary to submit material you choose to use.
18. Copyrighted and Confidential Materials
The availability of a technical upload function does not mean you have legal permission to upload any material you possess.
You are responsible for determining whether you have the right or another lawful basis to upload, reproduce, adapt, analyze, distribute, or otherwise use copyrighted or confidential material.
Do not submit:
Confidential material you are not authorized to disclose.
Proprietary business information you are not authorized to use.
Copyrighted books, articles, curricula, images, media, or other material when your intended use is not permitted by law, license, or authorization.
Personal information belonging to another person when you lack authority to disclose it.
Educators should follow applicable copyright law, licenses, institutional policies, and permitted educational-use rules.
19. Generated Outputs
The Services or connected AI providers may produce reports, explanations, instructional materials, suggestions, assessments, text, images, audio, or other outputs.
Subject to applicable law, third-party terms, and the permissions associated with the particular Service, you may use outputs for the purposes permitted by your plan or product license.
AI-generated material may not be unique.
A similar or identical output may be produced for another person.
AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection in every circumstance or jurisdiction.
We do not guarantee that generated material is original, exclusive, copyrightable, or free from third-party claims.
You remain responsible for reviewing output before publishing, distributing, selling, submitting, or otherwise relying on it.
20. Review of AI-Generated Material
Important AI-generated or AI-assisted materials should be reviewed before use.
Depending on the situation, appropriate review may include checking:
Facts.
Sources.
Quotations.
Citations.
Calculations.
Standards alignment.
Reading levels.
Translations.
Accessibility.
Age appropriateness.
Instructional quality.
Copyright.
Licensing.
Bias.
Safety.
Whether the output actually addresses the intended skill.
AI output should not be treated as accurate merely because it sounds confident.
21. Company Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, AI Miracle Factory LLC owns or licenses the Services and Company-provided materials.
These may include:
