Workflow 5: “I have the text, but it is too hard for some students”
Step 1: I upload the text into the Auto Annotator, Text Engineer, or Text Modifier. These assistants help explain difficult sections, simplify vocabulary, chunk the reading, add guiding questions, and create more accessible versions of the text.
Step 2: I use the Accommodations Suggester to create supports for students who need additional help, such as sentence frames, visuals, guided notes, or alternative response options.
Step 3: I move to the Custom Lesson Generator, which identifies the underlying skills in the text and builds a structured, differentiated lesson around them.
Step 4: I use the Skills Library to strengthen instruction with explanations, examples, tutoring scripts, and practice activities connected to the target skills.
Step 5: I finish with the Assessment Creator to build a rubric, writing task, or assessment aligned directly to those same skills.
This workflow helps me keep the rigor of the original text while making it more accessible and understandable for all students.
